In this marketing analytics session, the team from DAC will discuss the importance of putting an appropriate measurement plan in place and look at some of the pitfalls to watch out for when using some of the most common KPIs. They will also discuss how we can identify growth opportunities by exploring the data and looking beyond the headline figure.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are an important part of your measurement strategy and can give you an easy-to-digest overview of your marketing performance in a single number. However, is that single number telling you all it can? Is there more going on underneath that KPI and can you use what lies beneath to uncover new opportunities.
