Clean Team

Had a look at the back entrance and it looks great.  If this could be done regularly, that would be much appreciated. 

They were superb, fast, efficient and friendly. Nothing was a bother. 

Thank you to both Cliff and Tam who made a fantastic job of cleaning out all three basement areas.

The team did a great job without any grumbles and it was a pile of excrement they were asked to remove from the pavement outside our fire exit/goods in door.

I just wanted to say what a great job Tam and Cliff have done again in cleaning our basement area this afternoon, and for doing it without being asked was greatly appreciated. 

With being a basement area on George Street, it is amazing how quickly the area seems to fill up with rubbish, especially after the weekend, so it really is a service we value.

Dear Essential Edinburgh,

Earlier this morning I telephoned to ask if you could help with removing a ‘white-substance’ from a low wall in front of our premises. A very helpful response was followed by a very quick visit from your team. It was identified as wax from skateboards and Cliff was assiduous in removing most of it and said another visit would be made to remove the remaining wax.
